What is the Key Worker Model?
The Key Worker Model is a family-centred service where a dedicated therapist becomes your primary point of contact. This ensures continuity of care and simplifies communication across different areas of therapy, such as speech, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy, as needed.

Your key worker will:
